Possible HIV exposure? You have 72 hours. Let’s not lose any of them.
PEP is a 28-day medicine that can stop HIV from taking hold after an exposure. It only works if you start within 72 hours, and the sooner the better. We deliver it anywhere in Nigeria, in plain packaging.

How much time do you have?
PEP has to start within 72 hours of the exposure. Tell us when it happened and we’ll show you how long you’ve got.
A rough time is fine. Nothing you enter here leaves your phone.

You’re close to the limit. Message us right now. If we can’t get PEP to you in time, go to the nearest hospital emergency unit and ask for PEP.
Send this to us on WhatsAppIt’s been more than 72 hours.
PEP isn’t recommended this late, but you still have good options:
- Take an HIV test now, as your starting point.
- Test again at 6 weeks and at 3 months after the exposure, with a fourth-generation test.
- If exposures happen often for you, PrEP can protect you before the next one.
That time is in the future. Check the date and try again.

A pharmacist screens your order
We make sure PEP is safe and suitable for you, including any other medicines you take and pregnancy. A baseline HIV test is required unless you already know your status, so you can add our rapid test kit to your order.

Prefer to check out yourself?
The 28-day PEP course and a rapid test kit. Every online order is still screened by our pharmacist before it ships.

What the next 3 months look like
PEP is a short course, but the follow-up matters just as much. Here’s the plan, counted from the day of the exposure.
Test, then first dose
If your rapid test kit is with you, test first; it takes about 20 minutes. If not, don’t wait: take your first tablet straight away.
One tablet a day
Same time every day. If you miss one, message us and we’ll tell you what to do.
Check-in test
A fourth-generation HIV test, six weeks after the exposure.
Your conclusive result
A negative fourth-generation test at 3 months after the exposure is conclusive.
What people ask us most
Can I still take PEP after 48 hours?
Yes. PEP can be started up to 72 hours after an exposure. It works best the earlier you start, so if you’re past 48 hours, don’t wait another night. Message us now.
What if it’s been more than 72 hours?
PEP isn’t recommended after 72 hours. Take an HIV test now as a starting point, then test again at 6 weeks and at 3 months after the exposure, using a fourth-generation test. If exposures happen often for you, PrEP can protect you before the next one.
How long do I take PEP for?
28 days. It’s one tablet once a day, a combination of tenofovir, lamivudine and dolutegravir. Finishing the full course matters, so talk to us before stopping for any reason.
Will anyone know I ordered PEP?
Your order comes in plain packaging, and your details are handled confidentially. Here’s how we protect your privacy.
Does PEP have side effects?
Most people take PEP without serious problems. Some feel mild nausea, headache or tiredness in the first few days, and it usually settles. If anything worries you, we’re on WhatsApp for the whole 28 days. More on side effects.
If it happened in the last 72 hours, message us now.
You don’t need to explain everything. Tell us roughly when it happened and where you are, and we’ll take it from there.
