Your privacy is built into how we work.
At PEP Access Initiative Nigeria, confidentiality isn’t an add-on to how we operate. It’s part of how the service is designed and delivered. We know that reaching out for PEP can feel sensitive and personal, so our systems are set up to protect your privacy at every step.
Your privacy matters
We collect only the minimum information we need to get you PEP and complete your delivery. Nothing more.
- We don’t create public records.
- We don’t publish or disclose who our users are.
- We don’t use health information for marketing or profiling.
Everything you share with us is handled with discretion.
Discreet communication
- We keep communication professional and private.
- We don’t contact you unnecessarily.
- Messages and calls stay limited to what’s needed to process your request.
You stay in control of how and when we reach you.
Discreet packaging and delivery
- Orders go out in plain, unmarked packaging.
- There’s nothing on the outside to show what’s inside.
- Delivery partners are instructed to keep your order confidential.
Your privacy is respected at every step of delivery.
Limited data access
Access to your personal information is restricted to authorised staff and trusted service providers, and only those directly involved in:
- Processing your order
- Handling payment
- Delivery logistics
Your data is never shared beyond what running your order requires.
Data protection
We apply appropriate safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, in line with applicable Nigerian data protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), 2023, which is overseen by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
What we do not do
To be clear, PEP Access:
- Does not disclose your information to employers, family members, or any third party without a legal obligation to do so.
- Does not sell or trade personal data.
- Does not publish testimonials without your explicit consent.
Your part in this
We take strong measures to protect your privacy. A few simple steps on your side help keep it that way:
- Give us accurate contact details.
- Choose communication channels you trust.
- Keep your own devices and accounts secure.
