Four tests, one kit, at home

This rapid home kit checks for four infections from one small finger-prick blood sample: HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. You get your results in minutes, in private, without a clinic visit.

When to use it

  • Before starting PEP: a baseline HIV test is required unless you already know your status. Test before your first dose if the kit is with you; if testing would delay you, start PEP first and test as soon as you can.
  • After a possible exposure: a test soon after can miss a very new infection. Rapid tests like this are most reliable 3 months after the exposure, when a negative result is conclusive.
  • As a routine check: if you’re sexually active, testing every 3 to 6 months is a good habit.

How to use it

  • Read the instructions in the pack fully before you start, and use everything from the same kit.
  • Collect the blood sample exactly as shown, add it to each test, and add the buffer drops as directed.
  • Read your results within the time window the instructions give. A result read too early or too late can be wrong.

Understanding your results

  • Negative: no infection was detected. If you had an exposure in the last 3 months, test again at 3 months to be sure.
  • Positive: a rapid test result always needs confirming with a lab test. Please don’t panic, and don’t start or stop any medicine on your own. Message us and we’ll guide you, privately.
  • Invalid (no control line): the test didn’t work. Repeat it with a new test.
  • Syphilis: this test can stay positive after syphilis that was treated in the past, so a lab test is needed to tell an old infection from a new one.
  • Hepatitis B or C: both are treatable or manageable. A positive result means it’s time to see a doctor, and we can help you take the next step.

Good to know

  • A positive HIV result means PEP isn’t the right medicine. Message us before taking it, and we’ll link you to free treatment.
  • Hepatitis B can be prevented with a vaccine. If you test negative, ask your doctor about getting vaccinated.
  • Your kit arrives in plain, discreet packaging, with nothing on the outside to show what’s inside.

Need PEP too? If your exposure was in the last 72 hours, add PEP to your order or message us on WhatsApp. Not sure? Check your risk in 2 minutes.
